It has dramatically improved our turnaround time on screening allowing us to better serve our customers. It's simple integration with our ATS has saved our recruiters hours of work. Cons The only downside we've ran into is that there is only one set adjudication matrix that can be used. In staffing, it would be helpful to assign different adjudication matrix to different report types.
