It also significantly reduces the chance of human error—and with that, the risk of a data breach too. Pros Since I started using mSafe, I've been less worried about my documents being intercepted. Even though I don’t send documents with payment or classified information, some files are still confidential. So even for my business—a creative agency—it’s a really great tool to use! Cons One thing that could maybe be improved is the ease of uploading. I’d love it if I could upload my files directly—without having to log in. But that’s more of a nice-to-have rather than a must-have! Pros Grafisch design ziet er overzichtelijk uit en is functioneel. Aanmaken van ruimtes en toevoegen van bestanden gaat soepel en snel. Ook kunnen contactpersonen worden opgeslagen en later makkelijk terugvonden worden, heel handig. Cons Permanente ruimtes aanmaken lukt mij niet, mogelijk vanwege bedrijfsbeleid. Ik denk dat jullie het vooral simpel moeten houden en niet denken dat het altijd maar ingewikkelder moet. Het doet wat het moet doen, het is betrouwbaar, ziet er netjes uit en dat is helemaal prima. Pros Het werken met verschillende ruimtes en mappen in mSafe is prettig. Dit biedt de voor ons vereiste scheiding. Het uploaden van bestanden is eenvoudig. Cons Je kunt niet een bestand openen en bewerken en weer opslaan in mSafe. Dit vereist altijd een nieuwe upload. Wij vragen klanten om gegeven in te vullen in een Excel die wij leeg in mSafe plaatsen. De klant moet deze Excel downloaden, invullen en weer uploaden en dat is niet ideaal. Mooiste zou zijn als we samen met klanten in 1 document zouden kunnen werken. Het zou handig zijn als je meerdere bestanden in mSafe in 1x zou kunnen verplaatsen naar een andere map. Dat kan nu niet. Director Internet ### "Use mSafe for all secure file sharing!" 5.0 Overall Rating 5.0 5.0 Ease of Use 5.0 5.0 Features 5.0 5.0 Customer Service 5.0 5.0 Likelihood to Recommend 9/10 July 22, 2024 mSafe is super easy to use, which helps greatly with user adaptation. mSafe is super secure, I don't have to worry about my employees sending files in a non-secure way. mSafe is fully traceable, I have a full overview of where my files are going. Pros File transfer is super easy and super secure in mSafe, there is no other product that offers the same levels of security or ease of use. Most other products are either less secure or not easy to use at all. Data in mSafe is stored securely in The Netherlands, which has one of the highest security and privacy laws and standards in the world. The fact that mSafe is also ISO 27001 certified only strengthens this. 2FA is enforced in mSafe, which is a big plus in regards to the mSafe competition where 2FA is optional. Because 2FA is mandatory we are certain the our files are sent to the right people. Cons There are very little to no cons. mSafe is an allround great product and offers exactly what we need in an secure file transfer service.
