Customer service was available to address the minor comments we had. The startup was quick. The documentation is clear, we really had no difficulty with it. In any case, we were using inbound emails which are already well handled, as well as outbound emails which are quite standard. Everything went smoothly.

Pros

Pleasant graphical interface, attractive pricing, comprehensive and easily accessible logs + stats for emails and SMS, very clean incoming email management via API, excellent customer service, 0% GAFAM, solid, bootstrapped and profitable company.

Cons

Some features are still missing from the recently launched version, even though the company has solid experience in the email domain thanks to its parent company, which has been active for over 10 years. Authentication management on webhooks is not yet available, for example. Similarly, team management for businesses has certain shortcomings.
