I just wish they would not nickel and dime all the add-ons and offer them as affordable bundles. Overall though, quality signing software that does what it claims. Pros I like the easy to navigate and clean looking interface. Cons When I first started, they did not have signer attachments. Once they make some tweaks the UI, this will be a class leading product. Pros Once you get acclimated how things work, Boloforms has more features than any of their competitors. They constantly create innovate new approaches to acquiring structured data and getting documents executed Cons The downside of being feature heavy is sometimes things dont work. I encountered random issues where a client was getting an error every time they tried to open the form even though in the dashboard, the form is awaiting their signature. The fields implementation is tedious. I like that it exists and is pretty comprehensive but it can get redundant. Copy and paste seems to missing. I would like a better UI with how the Google Forms input and the end document should be viewed on the same screen. They should not shy away from APIs and webhooks; integrate with Pabbly Connect please. It makes it possible for me as a small publisher to afford to make professional and legal contracts for my authors. Cons I would love to be able to create and change the documents within the program. I would also like to be able to duplicate a document and alter it slightly to use for another signature. This is a big step up from either a cheaper OTO type tool, OR a premium monthly drain such as docusign. Pros I did acquire this through AppSumo as a OTO. BoloForms is currently much easier to use than AppSumo's own verification product. I also appreciate that I can setup forms as well as pdf signatures all in one tool. Cons I did use their domain switching feature, and it was a little confusing however in the end I was able to completely switch domains/emails - and also find all of my work once I logged in properly. So there is NO con so far! Switched from [Docusign](https://www.capterra.com/p/121506/Docusign/) I switched from Breezedoc because they had no help area and I was hitting the wall. There's potential for a lot of growth. Maybe even more complex forms? We use the forms for patient information + consent forms. Pros They were Fast and Quick. Efficient and Test the form to ensure no errors. They are easily reachable. Cons The review form is not accepting me to post anything without a minimum of 100 words. So I can't complain on the basic features. They do keep adding new updates which is nice. Pros I like the ease of use, the simple setup. It's setup like google forms with the added use of a signature capture and audit trail Cons The customer service didn't respond when I pointed out an issue with the user interface. The customization is lacking a bit. Perhaps I will just wait for an iPhone app. If one isn’t created, I may end up going with a different company. Pros Ability to have customized forms and have clients sign. This is ALMOST what I was looking for. But, I still have to jump through a few hoops. Cons Missing a dedicated cell phone app to make sending forms easy. NOBODY uses a computer and NOBODY carries their computers with them on job sites. An app is needed for on-site signing of forms within the app and sending forms via email. I got the LTD from Appsumo and it solved my biggest pain point of getting clients to sign service agreements and send them back. Here with just a few clicks the job is done and they don't have to take extra steps for the same. Cons Sending reminders is still a crucial feature because no one signs at once. It should be included as a basic feature. At least one reminder. The fonts for initials and signature options could be better. Others would have so many add on features and the price would too high for small business like mine. Pros Working with many clients we also use Adobe, Pandadocs, and others - and this pretty much have everything within those for a fraction of a price. Their support is great and they're putting out new features every month which shows great promise. So far, I'm pretty happy with the purchase of this software. Cons Maybe the limited ways to template the email? But just setting up solid colors are enough for the template which is available so it's not really much of a concern.
