While generally reliable, occasional glitches in the user interface can disrupt workflow efficiency. But it resolves after refreshing the tab. Boloforms also really has detailed support docs that help with any question we have.

Overall is smooth and able to solve my problems. Because a lot of users don't have PDF or Word app installed in their computer or mobile phones. It will be difficult for them to sign documents on their side. But with BoloForms it makes thing easy.

Pros

Similar UI as Google Form. and the fast PDF generation and email generation speed as this is important for legal documents.

Cons

When generating PDF, we need to set the language, and that affects what's been displayed in the PDF. The fact is, there are many users will enter different languages when filling the forms, so it may end up not showing properly in the PDF.

Overall this has been a feature rich innovative tool. Once they make some tweaks the UI, this will be a class leading product.

Pros

Once you get acclimated how things work, Boloforms has more features than any of their competitors. They constantly create innovate new approaches to acquiring structured data and getting documents executed

Cons

The downside of being feature heavy is sometimes things dont work. I encountered random issues where a client was getting an error every time they tried to open the form even though in the dashboard, the form is awaiting their signature. The fields implementation is tedious. I like that it exists and is pretty comprehensive but it can get redundant. Copy and paste seems to missing. I would like a better UI with how the Google Forms input and the end document should be viewed on the same screen. They should not shy away from APIs and webhooks; integrate with Pabbly Connect please.

### "Just What We've Been Waiting For!!"

Pros

BoloForms is a full-featured alternative to expensive applications such as docusign, adobe sign, etc. We have adobe sign included in our creative suite but we have multiple users and it gets ridiculously expensive really quick when adding users. I'm so happy to have found BoloForms Signature. I've barely cracked it open and am already super impressed. Clean and enjoyable UI/UX. Insane value! Thank you for making this affordable and reasonable. Frankly, this is how software should be. Cheers!

Cons

So far I don't have any cons considering the investment value. It seems that the development team is regularly working on new features!

easy of use! the UX/UI part can't get any better!! I loved it !!!

Cons

maybe if you guys focus on Arab users and more customizable things/ custom fonts! / RTL experiences, it would definitely get you more attention to arab users. i would point out one issue with the translations to Arabic, i would say don't rely on Google as the source of translating everything, please consider my review and i may help you out to solve lost of thing + get you in track with giants in the market! one more thing that i would add is SMTP to Add more Custom branding!

Earlier it was hard - so I'm a bit of a gruff person. In the end they resolved the issues and even sent me a short video to verify the change that resolved a bug I had early on.

Pros

I love the price point. For me I have been building a small business with no intention to grow it beyond myself. Subscriptions for a product I would use maybe a dozen times a year would be silly. I appreciate the lifetime subscription single payment option.

Cons

At first it was the interface with the manipulation of fields and the issue with Stripe's automated messages. Both were corrected and now I have a reliable product with a fair price.

Horrible. It is the first time ever that a support team don't show to a booked meeting with me without any notice, and the second as well. I didn't like neither that their offer is not true, they might think that their promise is technically true, but their software does not integrate with Google Sheets.

Pros

Lifetime offer, so you don't have to pay a subscription.

Cons

Support. I booked a meeting twice and they just didn't show.

In general, a good experience. It was easy to implement. Some UX can be improved but sinces it's actively getting developed, I'm confident it will get better and better over time.

Pros

It's a good deal with Appsumo. The program is solid and seems to be developed actively. It also has a a lot of handy features.

Cons

I hope we get more updates included in the appsumo price. There are some addons for a monthly fee, but the idea of appsumo is a single purchase price. I sometimes have some questions or bugs, but they are quickly fixed via the chat. Customer support is solid. Some UI or UX can be improved to make it better, but it's already good enough to use.
