I needed to collect signatures on documents from the board of directors and this signature tool worked great. It was easy to use and I was able to quickly create the form and get signatures. Their support team was responsive and great to work with. Cons The google forms add-on did not work the first time I installed it and I had to uninstall and reinstall. The support team was very responsive and followed up to make sure the issue was resolved. Once they make some tweaks the UI, this will be a class leading product. Pros Once you get acclimated how things work, Boloforms has more features than any of their competitors. They constantly create innovate new approaches to acquiring structured data and getting documents executed Cons The downside of being feature heavy is sometimes things dont work. I encountered random issues where a client was getting an error every time they tried to open the form even though in the dashboard, the form is awaiting their signature. The fields implementation is tedious. I like that it exists and is pretty comprehensive but it can get redundant. Copy and paste seems to missing. I would like a better UI with how the Google Forms input and the end document should be viewed on the same screen. They should not shy away from APIs and webhooks; integrate with Pabbly Connect please. Efficient and Test the form to ensure no errors. They are easily reachable. Cons The review form is not accepting me to post anything without a minimum of 100 words. I will definitely use it again in the future. Pros This makes getting forms out to clients easy when you need a signature. This a great product and I highly recommend. Cons I really wish I could generate a doc upon form filling and be able to send it to a round of signatures. This is my ideal workflow, I use this to generate agreements with influencers for marketing campaigns. 1. An internal account executive fills the form with specific details about the agreement. 2. The generated PDF is automatically sent to me for digital signature. 3. Once I sign is then automatically sent to the Influencer. This would be my ideal workflow, but it is not currently possible. In my opinion it is still in the startup phase with some polish needed, but has a good feature set, steady improvement, and a responsive team. Pros It has the options I need. Entry forms can be set up to fill uploaded PDFs and PDFs can be uploaded where fields can be placed. So both workflows are available where needed. Support is very responsive. Cons The user interface isn't the quickest to populate UI areas when switching into areas where it needs to load stored data from the backend. Like switching between contacts, forms, folders...
