It’s a convenient and scalable solution for managing deliveries, especially when volume fluctuates. While there are some reliability hiccups from time to time, the ease of use and flexibility make it a valuable service for our operations. Pros Dispatch makes it very easy to schedule and track deliveries. The platform is user-friendly, and having real-time visibility into driver status is a big plus. When everything goes smoothly, it’s a very efficient way to handle deliveries without needing in-house drivers. Cons There can be occasional inconsistencies with driver quality and timing.
