Pros

ease of using the interface and the support teams to help with any issues that arise with dispatch. I have gotten great support every step of the process

Cons

there are some bugs within the interface that can make bookings/ communication difficult occasionally. the support team has created tickets to try and fix these issues

Positive overall, just small things to improve too rly push further. More driver development would be great for those over acheiving drivers! retain them and keep the best of the best.

Pros

I would say the best thing about Dispatch is the integrity of the drivers. There are so many ways too ship things places, but the relationships built is very impressive. There is defently a learning curve when working with SunRun, but the communication is key.

Cons

I feel like they can improve on verification of drivers, making sure the account and the actual driver match.

My overall experience with dispatch has been poor, not because of the platform, but it's implimentation, and customer service. I find our needs are frequently ignored until they become major issues and by that point we have lost thousands of dollars, incurred additional expenses and wasted man hours. Why does the system need to completly fail before basic requests like POD photos are enforced? Why are Misc charges so loose? Why is there no geofencing? Why do I frequently feel like I am the business and Dispatchit is the customer.

Pros

The API seems intuitive and easily accessible. The webhook geatures are interesting and potentially useful. Was impressed with the OAuth framework.

Cons

1.) Reporting - Little to no reporting, no support for ad hoc reporting outside of API 2.) Dashboard - poorly constructed, cannot filter by any criteria to drill down 3.) Communication - Poor, notifications for cancellations or driver issues at drop off severely delayed oftentimes takes hours for someone to reach out 4.) Responsiveness - Drivers frequently misuse misc charges, there are cases in which misc charges were 3-4x the cost of the trip which should never be possible. In industries where misc charges can be applied it is standard that this does not occurr. Additionally, reports regarding driver performance ar ignored or not acted on. Commitment to the customer- Would tate this very low. Frequently get the impression that our concerns are ignored (no drop off photos, driver damage, drivers misusing misc charges, return trips set with no authorization) App security and process integrity - Extremly poor, one of the worst I have seen, drivers can manually update status, no geofencing capability, no customer review for misc charges, POD not enforced, items lost by driver become our loss.

Pros

dispatch is a great way to get your material where it needs to be . they are very good at being on time and being very accurate

Cons

sometimes the times to pick up are very long and also they cancel on you when you hired the service to do a job

Overall, its positive. When the issues arise, Dispatch is quick to fix it. I've never had an issue go unresolved, and couldn't see myself using anyone else for my dispatch needs!

Pros

The service is unmatched. When i need something to get to a jobsite in a hurry, I log in, place my order, and it gets done that day. When i run into an issue, they resolve it with haste.

Cons

Sometimes, it takes a while for an order to get picked up. Sometimes, the drivers don't want to unload 20 items by hand.

The drivers and support team are all extremely helpful and nice. Every time I have questions or issues they are quick to respond

Cons

The location that drivers have to come from. We are in an area where we often have to wait for drivers to come from an hour away.

As I mentioned earlier. Portal is easy to navigate. Will continue to promote the service and support.

Pros

Love the drivers. Service is reliable. Drivers call and text. Very easy to navigate. They also have in call drivers for after hours

Cons

When times don’t align with whatever time is promised. The portal will say between a specific time. Will change once or twice. Will text the driver if he is really is going to make it at the time the portal says. They will then say “No - 30 min away”

Dispatch is a great company to use because it makes our ordering for supplies simple and efficient. our hospital uses Dispatch to deliver supplies for printers and I couldn't be more pleased with our outcomes.

Pros

Lightning-fast responses, both in the office and on-site. The system is user-friendly, and mistakes, like incorrect entries are easily corrected. The staff is ever ready to help and provide adequate care and support.

Cons

Businesses should have the ability to adjust dispatch times themselves when errors occur (e.g., wrong pickup/drop-off times). This would free up your team to focus on other priorities. That said, your staff is always quick to fix these issues when we reach out.

Pros

Flexibility of hours needed for delivery of products. Drivers and staff are very friendly and willing to work with you to make sure the orders are done correctly and timely

Cons

Drivers don't always get the delivery right, or they don't move on an order and will wait till 3-4 am to cancel

Pros

First, let me say that this app is user-friendly. yes, you will be on a waiting list but you will have a gig come to you when you get one and do well. You know customer satisfaction is the name of the game here.

Cons

The only real con here and I won't call it a con is more so just an unfortunate matter is this. If you want to work out of your car and you do not have a cargo van or sprinter etc. Then you will have some trouble getting any gigs. I found that one out the hard way lol.
