It runs smooth and I haven't had any hiccups aside from getting initially confused by the calendar. Although I have only several properties, I like the way it provides suggestions for property price adjustment based on the other properties in the area of my properties. Probably the most useful future of all so far. This allows me to be competitive. Pros My overall feeling when working with Rooms-pilot was the simplicity of the UI. It is simply intuitive. I currently do not manage a lot of properties, however. Just three. I do intend to increase that number so I decided to look for property management system. Cons The calendar needs some refining. It might be confusing for some people the way the system marks the availability of the property.
