Clebex is a state-of-the-art software solution that offers companies an intelligent way to manage their buildings and workspaces. The software uses a combination of IoT sensors and applications to monitor the usage of resources, consumption of energy, and air quality and temperature in order to optimize energy usage, reduce carbon footprint, and ensure a safe and healthy environment for employees. Prior to integrating Clebex, we relied on alternative software utilizing EWS services for syncing our calendar data with Exchange. We encountered significant issues including data discrepancies, dissatisfied users, conflicts, and an unstable environment. Furthermore, Clebex enabled us to discontinue the use of our previous visitor management tool. Its innovative syncing approach with Exchange, coupled with comprehensive visitor management functionalities, addressed multiple challenges efficiently. With Clebex, we effortlessly established advanced booking rules and now effectively manage our resources with enhanced intelligence.

Pros

A very easy to use interface and instaneous synchronisation with Outlook. Great immersive maps make it easy to find a desk. Having a single application for all the booking needs is really helpfull. Defining business rules for my team really makes my life easier.

Cons

Still did not found any issues with the Clebex application at this point.
