Pros

Cons

WeGuide are very responsive and helpful, they have great products. Our company really values what WeGuide has been able to make possible for us to meet our goals.

Pros

I love their platform, it is very adaptable to our needs and the interface is exactly what our project required.

Cons

Sometimes we needed to follow up on expected timelines and timelines were extended without explanation. Some meetings feel a little rushed.

Overall experience has been quite nice - the initial training period was difficult due to little support from their training academy, however, the customer service representative is very communicative and always willing to help. Always looking forward to working with the WeGuide support team when improving current projects or developing new projects.

Pros

WeGuide continues to improve engagement and stakeholder relationships through continuous check-ins, during and post release of the project/program.

Cons

The functionality although is fairly simple and easy to use, more complex / niche functionalities that is required for each individual project will need to be discussed carefully. Hence not all projects may be able to be developed and implemented as initially planned and will need to be adjusted accordingly. The training and learning course is very simple and lacking in certain areas. Although WeGuide does offer help, the support articles may not provide much assistance and you will need to lodge a ticket or talk with customer service rep.
