We have only been with you for a short time but the experience so far has been positive and i hope this will continue.

Pros

The communication has been fantastic, i feel confident to report struggles with the team. The training we received about how to navigate ourselves around the system was fantastic.

Cons

There is nothing to dislike at present but i do feel like if there was a concern it would be dealt with quickly and professionally.

over all very good. I do not always use it as we have a paper enquiry system in the office. I am also not sure i am using it correctly.

Pros

It is easy to track enquiries and parent communication. It also helps to add them to the database quickly, as some details are already filled out

Cons

I do not receive, notifications/ reminders when the enquiry sits on the site. I sometimes forget that enquires are there. I am also not sure i am using it correctly.

Our experience with eyenquiries has been fantastic from start to finish. The software is modern, smooth, and incredibly easy to use, making it simple for the whole team to get up and running. The enquiry pipeline has been a real game-changer, allowing us to manage our waiting list, registration fees, and enquiries efficiently while keeping everything organised. It has streamlined our admissions process and saved us time, and we're really pleased with how well it supports our nursery. I would highly recommend eyenquiries to any nursery looking for an easy-to-use enquiry management system.

Pros

The enquiry pipeline is by far my favourite feature. It has completely transformed the way we manage our waiting list, registration fees, and enquiries. Everything is organised, easy to track, and moves smoothly from one stage to the next. The software is incredibly intuitive, simple to use, and has made our enquiry process much more efficient. From the initial setup to daily use, the whole experience has been seamless.

Cons

I honestly haven't found any downsides so far. The system is straightforward, user-friendly, and does exactly what we need without unnecessary complexity.

Overall, my experience is really positive. It saves me huge amounts of time and has made it much easier to stay organised with incoming enquiries. The system feels smooth and efficient, and it really helps streamline the whole process. The customer support has also been excellent — easy to reach, efficient, and helpful whenever I’ve needed guidance.

Pros

I liked how clear and instant the notifications are whenever a new enquiry comes in. It means I'm able to keep up to date with everything. I also find the editable automated emails incredibly helpful — being able to personalise the wording while still saving time makes the whole process feel much more professional and efficient.

Cons

The only thing I disliked was the limited flexibility when editing the enquiry form. There were a few areas where I wanted to customise the layout or wording more, but the system doesn’t allow certain fields or sections to be changed. It would be really helpful to have a little more control over the structure and content of the form so it can better reflect each setting’s individual needs.
