Cloud Contracts 365 Reviews
"Saving money in Week One"
Overall: Once we had signed the EULA the system was immediately available. Within the first few days I was reviewing a contract where the customer had included "liquidated damages" and "time is of the essence" terms. Cloud Contracts 365 picked these items out and highlighted the risks. This enabled me to speak to the contracts team at the customer, and have an educated conversation about these items. This resulted in a clearer contract being returned, which I was able to sign with confidence.
Pros: Sign-in and go! The product is focused on doing what it needs to do and doing it well - reviewing contracts, creating contracts and getting those contracts signed.
Cons: Nothing to date. When you have a product with a strong focus and it does what it says it is going to do, that's when I'm at my most satisfied as it saves time, reduces risk to my business and helps improve profitability.

"No Brainer!"
Overall: What [sensitive content hidden] has accomplished here is truly revolutionary for our business. Despite being categorised as a small enterprise, the complexity of our operations in ERP and the diverse verticals we cater to is anything but simple. Coupled with our consistent double-digit growth year after year and a projected continuation of this trend, it's imperative that we have contracts tailored to our specific needs in this rapidly evolving landscape. Cloud contracts enable me to leverage my commercial expertise further by addressing the necessary legal requirements vital for safeguarding our business interests and projects. The Master Services Agreement (MSA) serves as the cornerstone of our post-sale relationship and must be mutually beneficial for both parties. A misstep here can lead to significant challenges, whereas aligning it correctly sets the stage for a prosperous partnership.. t has always puzzled me how some individuals and businesses prioritize investing in 'nice-to-have' assets while overlooking areas that entail substantial risks. The fees charged by lawyers may seem daunting, but it underscores the importance of their role. Just as you wouldn't drive a car with faulty brakes, you shouldn't embark on projects without the necessary tools to ensure best practices. Cloud contracts is affordable and huge value for money. We often tend to skim over seemingly mundane or uninteresting aspects, but in reality, they hold significant legal implications. Cloud contracts not only address these issues head-on but also offer practical solutions and recommendations. It's a no-brainer—a monthly subscription that revolutionizes your approach to contracts, legal matters, Statements of Work (SOWs), service agreements, and ultimately, grants you the invaluable gift of time.
Pros: Cloud contracts enable me to leverage my commercial expertise further by addressing the necessary legal requirements vital for safeguarding our business interests and projects. The Master Services Agreement (MSA) serves as the cornerstone of our post-sale relationship and must be mutually beneficial for both parties. A misstep here can lead to significant challenges, whereas aligning it correctly sets the stage for a prosperous partnership.
Cons: Hoping for some more templates in the future

"Saving Time with Cloud Contracts 365"
Overall: A great product, and one we can see is going to evolve with some really exciting features on the roadmap. We are looking forward to growing with the solution.
Pros: It's quick and easy to get up and running. Allows us to store all our contractual documentation in a safe and secure, centralised location. It's simple and easy to manage electronic signatures. We have been able to save time and money reviewing contracts internally, as we have not had to involve legal teams in every negotiation.
Cons: Within Contract Manager, you are not able to structure your documents with your own desired folder structure, so locating documents has to be done by sorting and filtering.
"Cloud Contracts "
Overall: I recently implemented Cloud Contracts 365 in our organization, and I'm thrilled with the results. We had been struggling with manual contract management, which led to missed deadlines and a lack of oversight on key contract terms. After researching several options, we decided to go with Cloud Contracts 365, and it has made a significant difference.
Pros: One of the features I appreciate most is the automated alerts for contract renewals and expirations. This has helped us stay on top of our contracts and avoid costly lapses. Additionally, the collaboration tools allow multiple team members to work on the same contract, making the workflow more efficient. Another huge advantage is the integration with our existing software. We use a CRM system, and Cloud Contracts 365 syncs seamlessly with it, allowing us to keep all our contract-related information in one place. The analytics and reporting features are also fantastic. I can quickly generate reports on contract status, upcoming renewals, and other metrics that help me manage our contracts more effectively.
Cons: As with any new software it takes a little getting used to, however we were provided with good training and support from the team.
"Cloud Contracts is a total game changer"
Overall: The sign up process is extremely quick and the UI is easy to understand and navigate. I was able to give my team members access to the platform so that we didn't have a bottleneck in our business. My Partner Managers can get their own customer contracts reviewed securely and without massive legal fees.
Pros: We have never seen anything like Cloud Contracts in the Microsoft partner industry. The fact that I can get my customer contracts reviewed and risk-scored in minutes has saved us countless hours of wasted time. I feel much more confident that we are protected by our legal contracts.
Cons: Honestly, we are yet to find a negative. Cloud Contracts 365 has been excellent for us.
