The App is a little tricky to get use to compared to the online version.

Pros

I enjoy that Secchi is able to keep track of all records of communication with an employee (compliments, coaching areas, management areas, etc). It helps to simplify the process instead of scrolling back through texts and emails.

Cons

I wish there was a feature for a "scheduled send", similar to email. During the workday, I often feel flooded with day to day tasks I need to accomplish being in on the field with employees, but I like to reflect and draft up shout outs, etc after the employees leave. I do not want to bother them past work hours on their personal devices with the messages from Secchi. If there was a way to send it as a scheduled send, it could show up first thing on their phone the next day.

While we are rather new at it, my managers are very excited to have this tool available to help manage their employees.

Pros

Secchi is very user friendly, easy to implement.

Cons

It doesn't tie into our time clock yet. Hopefully in the future this could be a great feature.

Pros

Ease of use. Format is clean. Not overwhelming with dialog boxes and colors.

Cons

Not having Tip Tutorials. Being able to hover over an item and have tips would be a benefit. Of course with the option to turn on/off.

I like the way we have it structured but it should link with ADP etc. so it is fed and no manual cross referencing necessary

I can never find anything i.e. Instant Performance Reports there shpould be much easier dropdown menus where it leads you to a place. With Secchi you have to know and remember where everything is stored

I think my overall experience has been pretty good. I think the program will be a great asset to our company as we continue to use it and adopt it into our routines.

Pros

I like that we can keep a running record of all the important things like attendance, coaching, write up and that we can give instant recognition to people for jobs well done.

Cons

I wish we had a bit more control and flexibility to customize the write up templates ourselves or remove users.

My experience has been great. I use the program daily to document any conversations with employees. I like to recognize work well done with my employees and make sure they know we value them.

Pros

I like how we can track all accountability through the program and track all discussion notes. We can use these notes when it comes to review time or when it comes to recognition or discipline.

Cons

I don't like that I cannot recognize someone that does not work in my department. Including but not limited to Maintenace.

Thankfully I don't have to do a lot of corrective actions, but the positive recognition is where I spend most of my Secchi time and it's great!

Pros

Easy to use! I like how intuitive it is, i like the auto fill for communications

Not always configured for hourly employees like mine (office vs warehouse)

I love the platform. Secchi allows you to not have to go to paper file folders. Everything you need to know about an employee is in one location. The program itself is only as good as the user that builds it. If you don't put the information in the system you as a manager don't have it. I love the fact that every manager is held accountable for the input of their employees information.

I wish that you could attach documents and process separation notices from the system.
