La aplicación me ha ayudado a ser más organizada y a cumplir con mis pendientes en tiempo. El orden en la información que se carga se refleja también en mi equipo de trabajo, lo que facilita su consulta. Cuando acudo a la obra y necesito verificar ciertos puntos, puedo ingresar en modo offline y revisar los planos para realizar mis anotaciones. Además, mis compañeros cargan fotografías que puedo consultar para confirmar que el trabajo que estoy realizando es correcto.

Pros

El orden con el que se trabaja en la aplicación permite que mis compañeros no se enreden, cuentan con la información en tiempo y forma, evitando dudas en la obra y ayudando a que estén al día con sus pendientes. Además, la atención es muy buena; si me surge alguna duda, me responden de inmediato, ya sea por videollamada o por mensaje.

Cons

Por el momento no hay algo que no me haya gustado. La mayor parte me ha sido bastante útil. Algo que en su momento me causaba duda era la manera de usarlo offline pero ya lo incrementaron también, así que vamos bien.

Pros

Buildpeer has been a great help for me, as I can find all the project information in one place. From pre-construction stage documents to project closure documents, along with a logbook of photos, plans, and activity reports for the entire project process. It helps us have better control of documents and the logbook for any questions that arise. I feel fortunate to be among the first to use this platform.

Cons

So far, we haven't had any bad experiences with the platform or the Buildpeer team.

It's as simple as I would have not been able to grow my company at this rate without the use of Buildpeer. Internal communication, as well as external (with clientes primarily) have drastically improved and therefore generated better results altogether.

Pros

Buildpeer provided a super easy to use and surf through platform that primarily and drastically enhanced my client experience throughout the entire journey of their construction project. Daily photos and reports as well as an internal "dropbox" or file storage have increased our client satisfaction as they can now know whats happening on their project. Need to show some recent pictures... jump into Buildpeer. Need to confirm what toilet and shower you bought 6 months ago....jump into Buildpeer. Need to send a notification to everyone involved (who have access to BP obviously)....jump into Buildpeer

Cons

It's still missing an easy and simple to use budgeting or cost tracking tool, as well as a scheduling tool. This forces the user to still use something outside of Buildpeer and therefore loose some efficiency on the daily tasks.

Me gusta en general lo que se ha logrado con la plataforma, al ser una nube donde guardas toda la información, hay detallitos que mejorar, pero el equipo siempre dispuesto a brindar el mejor servicio, y a revisar pendientes.

Pros

Me gusta que tiene muchas opciones para integrar la información del proyecto. Ver tareas de todo el equipo y subir fotos de construcción nos ha ayudado a coordinar mejor los avances. También al subir los planos a la plataforma. El equipo siempre está al pendiente de lo que el cliente requiera o si tiene alguna duda, es casi de inmediata la respuesta.

Cons

No me gusta que no se puedan enviar correos con la información o poner el link para simplemente ir a la carpeta que gustes, está en proceso de actualización esta parte. Ya que se pueda, siento que será mas sencillo con proveedores estar intercambiando la información.
