Founder Accounting Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Finally a clean, easy to use PM solution!" April 13, 2024 5.0 The best thing about Ressio, beyond the software, is their team. They really listen to their customers to ensure they're solving real problems in the homebuilding industry and doing it in a way that makes sense to those in the software day to and day out. Truly best in class. Pros The ease of use and intuitive structure and interface makes switching to Ressio so pleasant! Cons As a newer solution, there are some functions that are still in progress. The team seems to move very quickly in rolling out solid solutions though. Not really a con considering the quality of the solution. This was huge as it was our first plunge into committing to a construction software system. Also, the learning curve is very soft and it was easy to implement into our business. Overall, it has helped elevate the financial part of our business to where we knew it should be. Pros support and service easy to learn and implement consistent updates Cons it doesnt have an app. cant wait for it to come! Pros We appreciate the work flows from Pre-Construction - Production. Developers must have taken a hands on approach, each module is intuitive and has appropriate options to serve varying user needs. Specifically the Pre-Construction and financial budgeting and production tools are awesome! Cons Still looking for limiting factors, though currently all of our needs are being met with this software. We heavily utilize the schedule and calendar features, which has bolstered our scheduling accuracy, professionalism, and accessibility. Both \[sensitive content hidden\] have been great to work with. If you are having trouble with a feature or looking to discuss unique applications of the software to your company, I know that I can expect focused attention from their team. Most of the time they take our suggestions so seriously that they become a function of the system. Who else does this?!?
