Their intuitive guest facing platform coupled with the ease of use on the backend made it seamless from the beginning. Pros This product is perfect for the set it and forget it attitude. It quietly runs in the background and you never have an issue. If you do have an issue their support team will respond within minutes and have your issue resolved. The professional interface and user experience for the price cannot be beat. Cons My only complaint is changing some of the settings. I'm not super tech savvy so that's my snag, however, their support is always there to help you out. They are knowledgable on the software and the industries they serve. Pros I love how easy this software was to use. Everything is exactly where you expect it to be. The customer support was fantastic and it made the set up, which was free, very easy. Cons They are a newer company still developing features every day. There a few features of tweaks of features they currently have that I would like to see. Pros The cost savings. As a cave tour operator, we are a small business so we count our pennies. ActiveBooker includes unlimited digital waivers, so that was a big selling feature and considerable cost savings. It also allows us to charge a deposit at the time of the booking. This is something we hadn't done in the past, but it has reduced the number of cancellations and no-shows. Cons The email builder is not very good. I'm not a tech person at all, so I had a hard time doing this myself. I'd love to have the ability to customize emails on my own. I found the setup process cumbersome, but their team assisted with that. They do not have financials reporting, which is something I've been told they are working on, but the only way I can check sales revenue, is by going into our Clover account. Switched from [FareHarbor](https://www.capterra.com/p/135106/FareHarbor/) Fareharbor was great, but the savings with ActiveBooker outweighed everything else.
