I loved how we were able to manage all of our bad invoices on here through our channels with ease

The UI/UX could use some work, it's very straight forward - but doesn't have too much color (but like is this important?)

It was seamless, easy, supportive and gave us the results we need.

Pros

The process was incredibly easy to set up and use, unlike other processes we explored. It created results for us very quickly. One feature we appreciate is that we have control over who is sent to collections, so we retain total control. Kaizen is very good at heling with questions and problems; they pay close attention and ask for input to improve their product.

Cons

We did not have any problems with Kaizen. It was very smooth.
