Pros The process was incredibly easy to set up and use, unlike other processes we explored. It created results for us very quickly. One feature we appreciate is that we have control over who is sent to collections, so we retain total control. Kaizen is very good at heling with questions and problems; they pay close attention and ask for input to improve their product. Cons We did not have any problems with Kaizen. It was very smooth.
