From the sales process all the way to a go-live, they are right there by your side making sure the experience is a positive one. Their support team is top-notch & any feedback I've given is taken seriously. Pros The UI is the best I've seen in any TMS. They make it incredibly easy to execute building shipments, assigning carriers, & handling post-delivery tasks. I've also had a lot of experience using the TMS directly from my mobile phone which is just as easy as using it from a computer. Not having to get my laptop out each time I need to check on something is certainly an added bonus! Cons There is currently no open API which has caused a few headaches on our end but as of right now it's still manageable. Pros Quote Factory TMS software has an easy to use platform with documentation management as invoicing, bill of lading pallets tags created for you for each shipment which made time saving. Cons The rate that are provided within the TMS system is not the best compared to other Transportation Management Systems. This is a weak point in the system that companies do not recognize until after using their platform. Their platform doesn’t provide shipment numbers for carriers like ForwardAir, Day Light Transport you have to reach out to support to obtain this information compared to other platforms. Like the automated RC features and not having to do multiple steps manually for booking loads. Cons Just the terminology of some of the stages (Booked/Scheduled) doesn't really make any sense with where the load is at in its lifecylce. Pros The overall UI design is very clean and easy to navigate. This is especially important when managing very hectic schedules and and stressful situations. Cons I wish there was more features for Drayage and Import/Export bookings. Would also love to be able to consolidate loads into one invoice. Pros The ease of use of the platform is what sticks out the most. We've had multiple vendors comment on how much they like and appreciate the process when sending them out any applicable documents or information. Additionally, the ease of use affords us more efficiency as we're not having to use unnecessary time to complete tasks. Cons The few pieces of functionality that the system may not have had, quickly gets added through the constant updates. The system is set up to streamline communication between carriers and brokers, as well as the invoicing process to customers Also, the reporting system is highly customizable with the ability to add and remove data as needed. Pros The system helps keep track of when invoices and payments are ready to be sent and when invoices need additional info. Unlike many services, Quote Factory shows sincere concerned about their customer's experience and are always open to feedback on potential changes or improvements to their service. They're always available to help with any issues that we experience. The seamless integration with various types of accounting software and load tracking services is also a big plus. Cons I'm unable to re-open stops once they've been closed. If a stop on a load is accidentally closed with the incorrect information I have to reach out to get someone else to re-open.
