The issues that I would like resolved are, for the most part, quality of life issues that I hope to see over the next year. Pros My favorite feature is the ability to scale business using the software. The features directly allow me to set permissions for users under me to enhance the quality of life for our new Agent Program. This also includes great integrations for other helpful software in the industry. Beyond all else, their responsiveness and customer service is truly bar-none. Cons Features I dislike and changes I hope to see: -Automatic Carrier approval if approved by my standards in MCP/RMIS API to reduce the need for individual actions/manager approval if they've signed up and met our requirements -Integration with MCP/RMIS that allows for carrier paperwork to be uploaded directly to the carrier profile -Accounting: Currently, QF uploads carriers direct payment information into quickbooks. It would save my Accounting department lots of time and energy if the factoring company that they've given the info for when signing up was shown instead. This is standard with other TMS's as nearly all carriers utilize factoring companies -More freedom in the load builder/less restriction (allowing the broker to mandate what's required) -A better BOL that shows pertinent information more clearly. For example, the reference number section on the BOL should be front and center rather than in small letters/numbers at the very top of the BOL -Ability to update load status or upload POD directly from the load manager, so that I don't have to go into each load individually and to reduce loading time/clicks. ie. Shipment created (needs booked), needs picked, picked, delivered, needs POD, etc. to streamline workflow. -More toggle features. A lot of ground rules & updates in QF seem to be set in stone based on what one brokerage might want or need, leaving those who need something different with no solution. Giving admin users the freedom to toggle permissions on a broader scale for a variety of features will be essential as my brokerage & agent program grow. I think it's important that this takes precedent in order for QF to be flexible to different brokerages' sizes and procedures Review Source ES Erik S. Pros Quote Factory TMS software has an easy to use platform with documentation management as invoicing, bill of lading pallets tags created for you for each shipment which made time saving. Cons The rate that are provided within the TMS system is not the best compared to other Transportation Management Systems. This is a weak point in the system that companies do not recognize until after using their platform. Their platform doesn’t provide shipment numbers for carriers like ForwardAir, Day Light Transport you have to reach out to support to obtain this information compared to other platforms. April 6, 2026 5.0 Quote Factory has been very easy to work with. From the sales process all the way to a go-live, they are right there by your side making sure the experience is a positive one. Their support team is top-notch & any feedback I've given is taken seriously. Pros The UI is the best I've seen in any TMS. They make it incredibly easy to execute building shipments, assigning carriers, & handling post-delivery tasks. I've also had a lot of experience using the TMS directly from my mobile phone which is just as easy as using it from a computer. Not having to get my laptop out each time I need to check on something is certainly an added bonus! Cons There is currently no open API which has caused a few headaches on our end but as of right now it's still manageable. Review Source AB Arturo B. January 31, 2025 5.0 AMAZING!!! You can tell the TMS was built by brokers. It has everything you need for both LTL and FTL, without the repetitive complicated BS other TMS providers have. Pros I did over 10 demos with potential TMS providers and QF was by far the most refreshing in terms of interface, technology, and price. They were completely instrumental in getting my independent brokerage off the ground. After a year in, they provide the same level of continuous support. They take all feedback seriously and continue to improve. Looking forward to continuing the partnership and SO glad I chose QF! Cons Nothing. If there's an issue in the tech or an integration, they are VERY quick to address it. We've had multiple vendors comment on how much they like and appreciate the process when sending them out any applicable documents or information. Additionally, the ease of use affords us more efficiency as we're not having to use unnecessary time to complete tasks. Cons The few pieces of functionality that the system may not have had, quickly gets added through the constant updates. Pros I like the connection to the representatives and their ability to help us out with even the smallest issue in the system. Scott specifically has been a huge help! Cons I wish there was more features for Drayage and Import/Export bookings. Would also love to be able to consolidate loads into one invoice. The system is set up to streamline communication between carriers and brokers, as well as the invoicing process to customers Also, the reporting system is highly customizable with the ability to add and remove data as needed. Pros The system helps keep track of when invoices and payments are ready to be sent and when invoices need additional info. Unlike many services, Quote Factory shows sincere concerned about their customer's experience and are always open to feedback on potential changes or improvements to their service. They're always available to help with any issues that we experience. The seamless integration with various types of accounting software and load tracking services is also a big plus. Cons I'm unable to re-open stops once they've been closed. If a stop on a load is accidentally closed with the incorrect information I have to reach out to get someone else to re-open. Like the automated RC features and not having to do multiple steps manually for booking loads. Cons Just the terminology of some of the stages (Booked/Scheduled) doesn't really make any sense with where the load is at in its lifecylce. Some minor issues with linking TS but other than that great!
