I have had a very good experience overall with Inncircles. All of the personnel have been extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs as a company. They have helped us through system setup to interface with a difficult client program in order to streamline our process, while also helping with the normal operations. Their customer support and collaboration on very specific issues has been excellent.

Pros

As a growing organization, we appreciate the personal service and adaptability from Inncircles Arena in helping us develop the system into a product designed to meet our specific needs, within a very tight budget.

Cons

In the end, the one con I have will ultimately be an advantage, but we the development of some specific portions of the add on applications we are using has not met our needs, but will do so shortly as the apps are brought fully online.

Pros

Lots of features and cover everything for a construction management software.

Cons

The user interface and UI could be better. It feels cluttered and sometime user could lost in lots of menus.
