Pros Good price and lots of features. What's really impressive is the amount of support there is and the amount of AI-driven workflows there are available. You can use pretty much any AI chatbot/agent to drive VideoExpress. Cons Some of the terminology and actual workflow in the app seems a bit counter-intuitive to me but this maybe my lack of experience. Pros It has a one-time fee and the ability to generate basically unlimited videos, and there are no watermarks to consider. Content can be created from prompts, and you can have a consistent character throughout your video clips, which gives a smooth transition and low throughout a longer video. Cons The ability to basically create unlimited videos and stitch them together. Other tools have a limited, normally very low, number of videos you can create. Then you have to wait for a couple of hours before you can continue. With Videoexpress I continue creating videos without stooping, which has a negative side in that it causes me to lose out on sleep. But having this ability means I get to market much quicker. I use it periodically quite often, and is usually my "goto" tool. I also have access to other AI's as OpenAI and Claude - also Heygen. But VideoExpress is "always" a tool I use, particularly the tools in "Create with AI". Mostly "First frame, Last frame". That is very useful making clips from two stills. I have since my first week as owner not needed Customer support, but what I hear from others they are efficient and service minded. Pros 1) It is actually simple to use as soon you understand the tools and controls. 2) Also, I love the pay once and own the product. That makes the time I use for learning the product very valuable. Cons Sometimes AI do strange things, like doing things backwards. The also happens with VE sometimes. It is always fixable, but I use sometime much time on perfecting the prompt. I really like the concept and believe the platform has a lot of potential, especially for creators like me who want to make longer, story-driven AI videos without being professional video editors. When it works correctly, VideoExpress can save a tremendous amount of time. I like being able to start with a script, create multiple scenes, use AI characters and voices, and build a complete video in one platform. The biggest frustration is consistency and control. In longer videos, characters, clothing, locations, and important objects can change between scenes. I have also experienced scenes appearing out of order, awkward transitions, incorrect captions, and generated scenes that do not follow the prompt closely enough. Fixing one bad scene can sometimes become more difficult than it should be because the editing tools are limited. I would like to see much stronger scene-by-scene editing, character and object locking, easier scene replacement and regeneration, better caption controls, and more precise control over music, sound effects, transitions, and timing. I want to continue using VideoExpress because I believe the idea behind it is excellent. If the consistency and editing controls improve, it could become a very powerful tool for producing the type of cinematic AI stories I create. I especially like the ability to create multiple scenes, generate characters and visuals, add dialogue and voices, and build longer story-driven videos. The workflow has a lot of potential for creators who want to produce cinematic AI videos quickly. Cons What I like least about VideoExpress is the lack of control and consistency when creating longer, multi-scene videos. Character continuity can change between scenes, and important objects can suddenly change appearance—for example, the same recorder can become a different recorder or even a cassette player in later scenes. The editing tools are also too limited. When one scene is wrong, it should be easy to regenerate or replace only that scene without affecting the rest of the video. Captions can become too large, mistimed, or inconsistent, and transitions sometimes make the story feel like it is jumping around instead of flowing smoothly. VideoExpress has great potential, but it needs stronger character and object consistency, better scene-by-scene editing, more precise control over captions, music and sound effects, and an easier way to fix individual scenes without rebuilding the entire video. What I like most are the lip syncs and the possibility to create consistent characters. Pros It's worth its price. Lots of possibilities for only one price. There are lots of tutorials that make it easier to use it. Cons Some tutorials could be a bit more explicit with screen shots for example, but I have a great feeling.
