I have since my first week as owner not needed Customer support, but what I hear from others they are efficient and service minded. Pros 1) It is actually simple to use as soon you understand the tools and controls. 2) Also, I love the pay once and own the product. That makes the time I use for learning the product very valuable. There's a lot you can do with it, and I enjoy playing around with the different features and seeing what I can create. One thing I really like is that there's no credit system. You can just experiment without worrying about running out of credits, which is a big plus for me. And for the price, I think you get quite a lot. The only thing I'm struggling with a little is the menu structure. It doesn't always feel very logical, and with so many different modes available, I'm sometimes not sure which one to use for what I want to create. I think that part could definitely be improved. But then again, I've only had it for a day, so maybe I just need some more time to get familiar with everything. For now, I'm having fun with it, and that's what matters most to me!
