It is highly effective in collecting the intelligence we require, significantly expediting tasks such as threat modeling, which would otherwise be exceptionally time-consuming. Additionally, the support provided by our Threat Intelligence Advisor has been exemplary. They are consistently available, respond promptly, and reliably deliver solutions tailored to our needs. Pros Feedly is fast and efficient. Allows to focus intelligence collection, saving time, resources and facilitating analysis. We were also able to significantly improve our Threat Model by focusing on the Threats most relevant to our organisation. The AI Action has also proven effective in expediting reports writing and distribution. Feedly's customer services has been exemplary. They are consistently available, respond promptly, and reliably deliver solutions tailored to our needs. Cons There has not been anything in particular that we dislike about Feedly. The ease of deployment, cross-training, and intuitive interface enables threat intelligence teams to set the platform up quickly, obtaining the benefits of low noise, high fidelity feeds from day 1. The automation capabilities built into the platform allows for easy dissemination and sharing of threat intelligence insights among the broader team. Pros 1) Customizable, proven AI feeds. A lot easier to set up, and it creates trust among users that these models are proven and contain solid sources. Another excellent feature is the Threat Landscape and TTP Dashboards, these are great one stop shops for getting up to speed on the threat landscape quickly. 2) Easy integrations into the Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP), Microsoft teams, etc. Enhances sharing of technical intelligence with information security teams. 3) Automations - automated news letters based on date/time preference, dissemination of IOCs, Cons The only complaint is sometimes the platform takes some time to refresh or reload.
