Kein aufdringlicher Service, klare Onboarding Anweisungen, gute Schulung und schnelles Go live. Des Weiteren wird man über Neuerungen auf dem Laufenden gehalten.

Pros

Es ist einfach zu bedienen und erfordert wenig administrative Aufwand. Eine SaaS Lösung, wie man sich sie wünscht.

Cons

Es ist nicht einfach individuelle Anpassungen am Produkt durchzuführen. Manchmal muss man seine eigenen Prozesse anpassen anstatt das Produkt.

I have only been working with nimbus for a few months, but was immediately able to create rather elaborate workflows and the customer support is excellent.

Pros

The fact that it is very easy to build workflows, the fact that the Luware team is very dynamic and supportive and the fact that interesting and original new functionalities are constantly being offered.

Cons

A few little things that can (and will be improved in the workflow editor.

Pros

Nimbus bringt eine fülle von Funktionen welche in MS Teams schlichtweg nicht vorhanden sind, darunter einfach IVRs, Verzweigungen und ein gutes Öffnungszeitenhandling. Am wichtigsten jedoch ist die PowerAutomate Integration mittels derer nahezu alles möglich ist.

Cons

Die Oberfläche zur Einstellung der Workflows hat noch einiges an Verbesserungspotenzial und es gibt hin und wieder Bugs, welche in der Behebung teils Monate bedürfen.
