Pros

Works well on Smartphone Easy to white label A good bank of question suggestions Can be customised

Cons

It's early stage which means there is a lack of functionality such as Zapier or ATS integrations. However, I am sure that will come down the roadmap

With its streamlined platform for posting jobs, screening candidates, and managing applications, I've saved countless hours that would have otherwise been spent on endless emails and spreadsheets. The ability to easily share and shortlist candidates has made my job so much more efficient and effective. Now, I can evaluate more candidates in less time.

Pros

With the ability to efficiently evaluate numerous candidates within a short timeframe, I am no longer limited by traditional recruitment constraints.

Cons

The number of active job postings is likely to increase.

Im realy happy with xinterview for making my hiring process faster

Pros

With xinterview, i can custom interview questions and let xinterview do the interview session for many candidates without i join the sessions in realtime. I really like it!

Cons

I hope xinterview \[sensitive content hidden\] could make the job title to be custom fill by employer instead of choosing from the drop down menu. Because sometimes the vacancy position we are looking for are not in the list.

Pros

Cons

While Xinterview works well overall, I hope they introduce a feature allowing candidates to include various types of links

I've just started using XInterview for a new role in my company and absolutely love it. I think it's an awesome tool not only for interviewing but also for pre-screening. In my organisation we go through several interview process and xinterview is definitely helping us get through the most tedious and boring one of them all - just making sure we have a good quality cohort we can consider.

Pros

Ease of use, seamless process and ability to easily share the link with candidates.

Cons

A couple of suggestions from my side: 1. Add a text formatter for the Job Description - to make it easier to add headlines, bulletpoints etc 2. Allow candidates to upload a pre-recorded video of their own (as opposed to a live one) Ideally we'd like a mix of options during an interview to assess a candidate from many perspectives
