It’s great that BigAgile has helped to support coordination between everyone and ensure adherence to KPIs, targets and deadlines. We’ve been able to sort and prioritize targets and track progress with great efficiency. Pros I loved with BigAgile the ability to create various goals related to achieving the required results or KPIs which enhances accountability among team members. I love the variety of tools and boards in BigAgile and how to deal with them and the ease of entering tasks and linking them correctly. The user interface is amazing and enables me to browse the different boards and quickly navigate around everything. I loved how BigAgile enables us to adopt a weekly or monthly schedule for the teams together through the collaboration features which contributed to simplifying data collection and integrating all inputs to help achieve a comprehensive vision for everyone. It is great that thanks to the ability to assign a specific color to each goal or task within it, we can easily follow up and verify. Pros bigagile is easy to get started and quick to produce plans. Linking tasks and tracking performance metrics at the same time is seamless and the dashboards end up looking very attractive and fun to view. The automation of updating data is efficient and allows me to easily track workflow. I love the ease of generating reports which I find are full of important details. With its easy customisation and integration with all major task-management tools (e.g. Jira, DevOps), BigAgile is quick to set up and brings immediate clarity to delivery, even at scale. Pros Before BA, managing and reporting on multiple teams required a cumbersome and unattractive Excel visualisation, which took me hours to extract, clean, and format data from Jira—often resulting in outdated information by the time it was presented. In BigAgile's "Summary view" (my favourite visulisation from any tool I've used!), features are automatically updated based on real-time data and clearly linked to their corresponding blockers. If a feature or dependency starts falling behind projections, a simple yet effective RAG status highlights it. One quick glance at BigAgile (and one coffee) in the morning, is all I need to know where to focus for the rest of the day to ensure all teams stay on track. I use BigAgile to track real-time progress, report at all levels, and facilitate focused conversations that allow me to efficiently remove blockers and streamline delivery. A tool that significantly increases my effectiveness at managing complex projects, BA has a permanent space in my consultancy toolkit. Cons The super-speedy Customer Support team have already addressed a few feature requests i've submitted (thank you!). Multiple of my suggestions have made it very quickly into the product. Their development is certainly agile and customer focused - they practice what they preach! Pros BigAgile is a very lightweight, user friendly tool which makes it super simple to visualise and plan product development in the short, medium and long term. It fills the gap left by other tools where the long term planning and visualisation of dependencies is lacking. Cons No major areas stick out as a negative. From a product perspective, it would be nice to have the option to use templates for PRDs to allow for faster creation of feature requirements though I believe this maybe on the way! Customer support are also excellent and their response times are exceptional. Pros It has been the first tool that I can integrate with our daily agile tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps, where I can see a real time status of our overall train performance (currently 15 scrum teams, with more to join). Reporting is easy and accurate Cons Release management and tracking could be a little easier to use and report on.
