Pros

The platform features exceptional predictive machine learning data models that track real time performance to automatically reallocate capital away from underperforming ad sets, an excellent automated triage system for instant SMS and email lead engagement, and highly accurate natural language processing that successfully targets corporate B2B financial clients.

Cons

The primary drawback of the software is that their customer response team is noticeably slow to reply to open service tickets if you run into issues over the weekend.

Overall, it’s a great tool. If you want to automate your recruitment ads and stop wasting time manually managing campaigns, it is absolutely worth it. Just keep in mind that you might have to wait a bit for support if you reach out on a Saturday or Sunday.

Pros

Running a staffing and recruiting firm means we are constantly hunting for top talent, and Adexo has been a massive help with that. We’ve been using it weekly for about four months now to automate our recruitment marketing on Facebook and Google. The AI targeting is spot-on it completely takes the guesswork out of running ads and has made generating high-quality candidate leads so much easier. It honestly saves us a ton of time.

Cons

The only real frustration I have is with their customer service. If you run into an issue or have a question over the weekend, the support team is really slow to reply. In the recruiting industry, things move fast, so I really hope they speed up their weekend response times.

From a financial leadership standpoint, my core objective when adopting artificial intelligence is to improve our customer acquisition costs and eliminate manual labor overhead. Our financial services firm has used Adexo AI to completely automate our digital ad campaigns on a weekly basis. By letting the AI handle our data analysis, ad targeting, and instant follow-ups, we have successfully optimized our marketing budget without needing to scale up our internal marketing headcount.

Pros

The software's predictive machine learning data models are excellent because they constantly track performance metrics in real time and automatically reallocate our capital away from underperforming ad sets to protect our marketing return on investment. Furthermore, the automated workflow triage handles instant SMS and email responses the moment a lead enters the funnel, which ensures high-intent financial clients are engaged immediately. I am also highly impressed by the natural language processing capabilities, which successfully analyze text and target the exact types of professional B2B financial clients we are looking to attract.

Cons

The main drawback is the rigid pricing structure of two hundred and ninety-seven dollars per month, which offers no entry-level flexibility or free trial for smaller firms looking to run low-budget pilot campaigns. As the Director of Operation and Marketing at a Software development industries We started using Adexo mainly because our lead follow up was too slow leads would come in through Facebook or Google ads and sometimes sit for hours before anyone on our team got to them. As a software development company focused on supply chain and warehouse automation, our sales cycle already involves a lot of manual coordination, so we didn't want ad follow-up to be one more thing eating into our team's time. So far it's done a solid job automating that piece and running/optimizing our ad campaigns without needing a dedicated marketing hire.

Pros

Honestly, the automated SMS and email follow ups are the standout feature for us. Leads get a response almost instantly now instead of waiting around, which has made a noticeable difference in how many actually turn into real conversations. The account rep we were assigned also actually understood B2B/software services targeting instead of pushing a generic template at us, which saved a lot of back-and-forth in the beginning. It's also nice not having to manually track where every lead sits in the pipeline anymore, that's handled for us now.

Cons

There is no Support hours are weekdays only, so if something breaks on a Saturday, it just has to wait.

In the end, this software is great if you are looking for a tool that helps with your marketing. They make everything super easy to use and to navigate. Their support team is top notch, just wish they had 24/7 support. When their team is online, they are super responsive and easy to get a hold of. The features that they have are wonderful and have helped our business a bunch.

Pros

As the CEO of a Government Administration industries while using these software was super easy to use. They gave us an account rep as well that does most of the set up with us and they are super friendly. Everything is easy to navigate and get used to. If we had any questions, our account rep would help us out and even give us suggestions based off what's working well for other businesses in our industry

Cons

I wish they had 24/7 support. I believe their support hours are only MON-FRI and it sucks because I like to do work on weekends and I can't reach my account rep. Not the end of the world, but wish they were 24/7

Overall they do a wonderful job for our computer and Network Security Industries at making sure they are on top of everything ads related. They are always adding new features and innovating and I love to see that as a user. I believe their support could be a bit better, but every software has its pros and cons. In total, Adexo's pros heavily outweigh the cons. It's helped our business a bunch

Pros

As the CTO and Co-Founder at this Computer and Network Security Industries I think the software does a fantastic job at being innovative. I've been with Adexo for a months now and they are always on top of their game. They are always adding integrations and platform connections. For example, ChatGPT recently allowed you to advertise and Adexo has worked and developed on a ChatGPT ad integration immediately. They are always willing to take our advice and suggestions and it's refreshing to find a company that actually listens to their users!

Cons

There Customer Support Teams could be a bit better in my opinion. They don't provide much help outside of the typical 9-5 window. I believe a company of their size should always be available. But that's my opinion.

As the COO of an Information Technology & Services Industries our Overall Experience with adexo was I couldn't ask for a much better platform than Adexo. Their support is great, their marketing automation tools are easy to use and perform well.

Pros

Adexo have a great marketing follow ups. They gave us an account manager with the platform and he helped us build out some marketing automations for our ads. This included SMS and email follow ups that go out to leads that are coming in. This saves us so much time on a daily basis as we no longer need to dedicate one of our team members to constantly monitor inbound leads. They got this set up very quickly!

Cons

I wish they had a bit more integrations. As far as I know they don't do much with TikTok or YouTube ads. We use those platforms to advertise our business and I'd like to see Adexo integrate with them soon

Overall it was great. Although the set up was a bit longer than anticipated, it was well worth the wait. We're getting a lot more leads and sales since joining Adexo

The results are fantastic. Our lead cost dropped around 35% since joining as compared to running our own facebook and google ads. The support team is also super friendly and always willing to help

Cons

The set up is a little bit of a pain. Took around a full 3 days to finally get up and running. I was expecting it to be a lot quicker

Overall, I was very pleased with the services provided by Adexo. Great customer service was provided to me, and the company responded appropriately to my needs, only making my use of the product that much easier. Overall, I felt that the value I received for my money was excellent, and I would highly recommend Adexo to anyone requiring an efficient advertising solution.

Pros

Adexo also has many great benefits like fast responses on issues because qualified people are helping you maximize your Adexo experience.

Cons

Some of the disadvantages to note were that there were instances where I had to wait to hear back on my questions, which didn't take away from my overall positive experience.

I used the platform personally and was amazed at how much it exceeded my expectations. The platform is easy to use and navigate, and very reasonably priced. I used it for content creation, video advertising, article writing, and website management, as well as for support from their customer service representatives.

Pros

I had a great experience with Adexo. Value for Money, The number of tools that can be easily accessed, including help desk support, allows for flexibility and utility in creating content, video advertising, and managing your website.

Cons

While my experience using the platform was generally positive, I felt that the customization capabilities were lacking for some tools. There is also a learning curve for first-time users to become comfortable with the tools available to them.

I have had a fantastic experience working with Adexo. The platform is user-friendly and intuitive to navigate, providing a comprehensive range of tools for creating content, producing videos, and managing websites. I am always able to reach customer service quickly, and they have been able to resolve any issues I've encountered in a timely manner. I have been very pleased with the value for my money, and I have great confidence in using Adexo for my business purposes.

Adexo's cost-to-value ratio is very favorable. Their customer service team has been extremely prompt and supportive. The platform is user-friendly and definitely streamlines the process of creating video content, writing articles, managing content, etc. Would strongly recommend Adexo for effective website management.

Cons

As an advanced user, I would prefer to see a few more customizable options to suit different end-user needs. However, Adexo takes care of the majority of my requirements reasonably well.

I have had an awesome experience with Adexo! It has allowed me to greatly improve my efficiency and workflow for creating content and managing my website. All of the customer support staff are incredibly quick to respond, and I've been able to save a lot of time because of the tools that Adexo gave me. I highly recommend this service for anyone who creates content.

Pros

A total Game-Changer! For the price, we get an exceptional value for your money, 24/7 amazing customer support, and an extremely easy-to-use system to create video content, including articles and articles related to your website. Adexo has made everything I do for creating and maintaining my website a breeze.

Cons

The only problem I have encountered is that it takes too long to load sometimes, though this is a very small issue compared to the others.

Overall, Adexo added value to my business operations through my usage of the platform.

Adexo's ability to create content and manage websites is extremely efficient. The company has exceptional customer service that frequently responds to requests in a timely manner. In addition, the overall value provided by the product is excellent.

There were times when I would have liked additional creative template options to be available, however, the products currently available on the website deliver the desired results in most cases.

The support team is awesome, and the setup was really quick, they’re always there to help. The only thing missing is built in reputation management, so you’ll need to handle reviews and ratings elsewhere. But overall, it’s been a great experience.
