Overall, I highly recommend CallAtlas software for anyone looking to streamline their call management and boost their team performance

Pros

I recently started using software for my team call track and performance check for managing the calls related to my sports flooring business, and i can say that it is good fit over my expectations . With multiple sites to keep track of, monitoring calls used to be a real headache. The dashboard is easy to use and user-friendly, I love being able to see live insights into call monstering Setting call volume goals and tracking conversions has honestly never been easier. The actionable insights I get from Callatlas really helpful in refining my outreach efforts and keeping progress on track and now I’m analyzing sales calls or measuring how effective a campaign is

Cons

I wish there were a few more customization options for the dashboard, but overall, I highly recommend

Overall, I would say that ATLAS improved our customer service sales and the internal management by ensuring calls reach the right team members quickly. If you're looking for a tool that can enhance marketing performance and increase ROI I recommend ATLAS

Pros

I'm using call tracking system of ATLAS and I can would say that the inbound call tracking software helped me and make my marketing efforts easy. Initially we faced some challenges during setup, but the quick support system made all the difference. Their quick responses on email and calls made the setup process easy now it's working smoothly. The tools for campaign management and intelligent call routing provide a boom in performance while offering felexible user options

Initially we faced some challenges during setup,so i would suggest to scheduling a training session for there clients during setup the software
