I have tried out FareHarbor, Rezdy, and Peek, and none of them have given me the attention and care that the team at BookingTerminal has. They even sent us a Christmas gift! Cannot recommend them enough.

Pros

BookingTerminal has been a great tool for our team. Not only is it extremely customizable to our business, but we also get quick, reliable support from the team at BookingTerminal. The platform makes it very easy to add more events to our calendar, update our resources, and send out mass emails to our customers. And if I ever need a refresher on how to do something, they are always there to lend a hand.

Cons

So far, I have no complaints about my experience with BookingTerminal and look forward to continuing to work with them.

Since signing up with Booking Terminal, my life is so much easier. Quick responses to emails, make my changes quickly and they do all the work. No one can beat their pricing or service. I know because I did my research and I picked a winner.

Pros

My life has become so much easier since I signed up with Booking Terminal. They are so efficient, quick to respond to emails, and make any changes or additions I request. Booking my tours online is outstanding. I get notices when I have a tour booked, with all the information I need on the confirmation. I was using a large hosting organization, and they charged me for every little thing. It got so confusing doing business with them. I'm happy I changed. Booking Terminal's pricing is ridiculously low, and its service is outstanding. It is so easy to use, to find the information I need, and they are always there to answer any questions I have.

Cons

There is absolutely NOTHING bad I can say about Booking Terminal. Everything has been perfect and easy.

FareHarbor was getting greedy. I did never really have much of an issue. Just they kept on changing the rates. Their customer service was always available, but I think booking terminal is a better opportunity and better fit for me and future endeavors.

By far the best booking agency out there! Switch now, you won’t regret it (and you’ll save your customers some $ to boot)

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] really know how to run a business! They are fully customer oriented, I ask for a change and bam! It’s done. I love the booking platform, it’s easy to navigate and my customers say they love it too.

Honestly I can’t think of a negative at the moment

This is my favorite booking software Rev has had yet so its been great!

Pros

BT is very straight forward and easy to use which makes life so much easier when training new employees or having less tech savy employees. I also like how BT is very personalized to Rev Rail and how we function. If we have anything we want to change, you all can typically make it happen which is awesome.

Cons

Gift cards seems to be the most 'difficult' part of BT. I always seem to have a hard time finding gift cards, and applying them.

We have panfully transitioned through a variety of platforms (FareHarbor, Peek, Rezdy) and now Booking Terminal. The transition to Booking Terminal was organized and efficient and all reservations were migrated properly with no errors. Customer service is always available to answer any of our questions and additional training is available to us whenever needed. BT is also open to hearing any suggestions that we have for the system and actively works with us to enhance the experience. The overall experience with Booking Terminal has been excellent! It has been the best decision we every made.

Pros

Very easy to use. Intuitive and clean. Customization to my business needs. Competitive pricing. Awesome customer service

Cons

Given its status as a new company, upgrades seem to come fast and furious and once they are assimilate by my staff, they are very helpful.

Overall, very user friendly format and customizable to our company. I like it a lot better than our previous booking system.

Pros

I like how customizable it is. It's really nice to be able to send an email with a concern and the problem can get fixed really quickly. That open line of communication for tech support is very helpful.

Cons

I don't like that I can't do multiple actions in one reservation without either refreshing the page or closing out of the reservation. For example: I can't write a note in the reservation, save it, and then also send an email. I can only do one action at a time otherwise it won't save or actually send the email. I also wish that everything would auto refresh, like if someone else is checking people in on a different computer, I can't see that unless I refresh the page. Also sometimes the guides forget the refresh their page up North and don't get the correct bike count. The worst is people who book last minute and we don't see it until they show up because we didn't think to refresh the page.

Booking Terminal has been a major success, after switching from website to website it’s nice to have a reliable and easy website to use!

Pros

It’s simple and easy to understand! I love that it doesn’t have any extra bells or whistles making this seem more complicated than they are.

Cons

1\. I would like it if the manifest was sorted alphabetically and based on checked in or not 2. the calendar should start on Sunday instead of Monday 3. I don’t like having to click ‘OK’ after sending emails 4. I wish the recent bookings could be filtered to see each run individually, and that you could see more of them.
