Would be nice to see them make frequently used reports available to all users who are paying a monthly service fee. Pros Optima stays up to date with changes in healthcare and adjusts software accordingly. They are prepared in a timely manner for CMS changes. Optima is easy to navigate during evaluation and daily tx. user friendly. Cons Scheduling can be confusion, (error msg) when another therapist is doing other's schedule when they are absent. printed schedule format can only fit 6 on a page, would be better if it could fit more on a page. System was fairly easy to learn and navigate with very limited training. Cons Lacking some useful reports for operational use. Lacking good dropdown items but would come with a cost to add them. During the transition of using Optima, the manner in which to view what the libraries consisted of took a tremendous amount of work. The transition was not made easy. Unable to view past documentation is not easy and requires additional steps which then makes documentation inefficient. No specific evaluations/clinical pathways like promised, it would come with a cost which was after the fact stated. Review Source PR Pam R. I love that I have more time to put towards seeing patients and their family members as this program is fairly simple and efficient. Cons A few changes to note input from the schedule page would be ideal in regards to social worker entries to improve ease of use and work hour accuracy.
