J’utilise TourBiz depuis un moment et j’en suis vraiment contente. L’outil est simple à prendre en main, centralise tout ce dont j’ai besoin et m’aide à automatiser pas mal de tâches. En plus, le support est toujours réactif et le pricing attractif !

Pros

1) Interface intuitive 2) Gestion centralisée : réservations, clients et paiements regroupés en un seul endroit. 3) Automatisation : confirmations, rappels et rapports réduisent les tâches manuelles. 4) Support réactif

Cons

Il y a déjà plusieurs OTAs disponibles dans Tourbiz, ce qui est un bon début, mais malheureusement pas encore la plateforme précise à laquelle j’avais vraiment besoin de me connecter pour mon activité. J’espère que de nouvelles intégrations arriveront bientôt, car cela rendrait l’outil encore plus complet et parfaitement adapté à mes besoins.

Pros

Flexibility, UX and low pricing, best ROI with this tool. Tourbiz can basically helps you do anything : create products, manage products, sell online, connect with OTAs. Pretty sweet to see such a tool at this price, for real.

Cons

Some features still in development, that I would have really enjoyed to try. Community still poor so if you have a problem better go with Advanced plan for premium support
