Clive is very supportive and customer-focused. It has added ease and security to our governance and risk management processes. Pros Easy to use, simple platform. This has been commented on by both trustees and staff. Set up is straightforward and having everything in one place, rather than spread over different filing systems, emails, messages etc is really efficient. Cons I can't say that there's anything so far that I have disliked about Governance 360. As a relatively new business, I know there are new features that the team would like to add into the platform, but from my experience, that will only enhance the service rather than fix a current challenge. Having struggled to manage multiple accounts and email addresses across cloud platforms previously the Governance360 platform really helps with ease of access to documents, meeting minutes and core board tasks. I like how it makes other core requirements of board management simple as well, things like a risk register being on platform and integrated directly into our account makes sure it's used (rather than forgotten and always out of date in a shared folder somewhere!) Support was always helpful and fast to respond when needed as well, which is important for trustees who aren't always quick to pick up new systems. Cons Nothing at the moment, for the price and quick setup time Governance360 does everything you can expect and really helps meeting management. Having worked with a range of boards, I can see the value a well-designed governance platform brings, particularly for growing businesses, charities or sports bodies where good governance becomes increasingly important. Governance 360 helps boards operate more effectively while keeping administration straightforward. Pros As a portfolio Chair and NED, I like that Governance 360 brings board papers, actions, decisions and governance into one secure place. It improves board discipline, reduces risk and makes meetings more efficient and gives directors much better visibility of actions and decision-making between meetings. Cons There is of course a learning curve for directors who are used to email and paper board packs. Adoption is strongest when the whole board commits to using the platform consistently. Cons As an early adopter, my feedback on managing risk registers and skills matrices has been built into the latest version of the platform, making it fit my needs even better. But it also has high quality user experience, a one stop shop for all our board needs and a good sense check for what governance transparency looks like. It’s cost effective and allows for seamless succession transition. PLUS - You can have multiple boards operating per user, so for governance nerds out there, it really is a no-brainer! Cons Honestly?
