Pros Their quick and useful support during critical moments. They respond to emails pretty quickly. 10 out of 10 Cons Nothing really. Their web app is intuitive, they are really quick yo respond to emails, and their tools pretty much never fail. After that we created our own account, set up various projects and never looked back. Great tool and the support is just awesome! Pros Projects are set up really easily. Pricing tiers are easy to understand and very reasonable. And: one of the best support I've experienced in my 25+ years of business! Cons There's really nothing to dislike about DeployHQ. I'm pretty sure that if an issue would come up or any feature would be missing the staff would come up with a suitable solution in no time! Great job! Pros I needed a deployment tool only for one project, and DeployHQ fit perfectly because it allows deploying one project for free. Cons I had to spend some time configuring the server and deployment, but the support was very helpful and I solved all the issues pretty fast. Switched from [DeployBot](https://www.capterra.com/p/176316/DeployBot/) The price was too high (and got even higher). Also, I had to pay even for 0 deployments per month, that's unacceptable for a small project creator like me. DeployHQ is the most intuitive to me. Pros I can set up deployments from pushes to my GitHub development branches to my various staging servers in 10 minutes and know it's going to work reliably. I can control all of my build commands, store secrets, choose at which point in the deployment process commands are executed and more. Full control while still being easy to setup and maintain. Cons I really don't have any complaints. Maybe if I had an extremely specific deployment and CI process I needed to implement where I needed to have extremely granular control over which software was running on the server and which packages were included, but that is very rare and is probably possible within DeployHQ. I just have not used it in that way yet. I would have no problem using DeployHQ on production sites, I just don't personally use it for that at this time. It allows them to see the status of deployments and roll out changes when they want. It gives me a way to move them on from command line deployment scripts and complicated systems that their teams use a couple of time and then ignore. Cons When setting up zero downtime deployments it's annoying that the starting folder has to be empty which is a problem if you are porting an existing setup to DeployHQ. DeployHQ's simple setup and management makes it tenfold better than alternative solutions. We've had a DeployHQ account now for several years, far longer than any other subscription we've held. Pros Pain-free setup and maintenance, with granular team control, templates, and an intuitive user interface. Cons The design is somewhat outdated, but it is not poor. I would be cautious about updating it, as that could risk altering the user experience. However, a fresh coat of paint would be very beneficial.
