Im allgm, sind wir mit der Durchgängigkeit der einzelnen Module sehr zufrieden. Manchmal wurden die Prozesse nicht komplett durchdacht was das webbasierende Arbeiten und zwischenspeichern betrifft.

die Durchgängigkeit, das webbasierende arbeiten, Mobilität, recht hohe Flexibilität, viel Funktion für geringen Invest guter Support - schnelle Response Verbesserungsvorschläge werden geprüft und auch teilw. kurzfristig umgesetzt hohe Verfügbarkeit

keine tiefe MS365 Integration und Synchronisation, Reporting- und Vorlagen- Editor zu komplex LooknFeel etwas Oldschool Modul Projekt nicht komplett integr. Modul Aufgaben + Kalender: es müssen Masken gespeichert werden welche sich dann komplett schleißen obwohl noch Content im nächsten Reiter erfasst hätte müssen. Danach muss die Aufgabe oder auch der Kalendereintrag erneute gesucht werden.

Es ist ein übersichtliches CRM-Programm für eine effiziente Bearbeitung der Kunden aus einem Guss. Die Verknüpfungen funktionieren hervorragend, man spart dadurch viel Arbeitszeit.

Man braucht am Rechner keine App downloaden oder ein Programm installieren Rechnungsimport automatische und Zuweisung auf Rechnung im Kassenbuch Die Mandantenverwaltung ist einfach und effizient Sehr günstig und geeignet für Neugründer

Es ist keine Android App im PlayStore verfügbar

Komme mit der Software sehr gut zu recht. Verfügbarkeit ist immer gegeben. Ich kann mich seit Jahren an keine längere Zeit erinnern in der wir aufgrund von Ausfällen nicht arbeiten konnten.

Pros

Die Software ist extrem anpassungsfähig und hat einen umfassenden Funktionsumfang. Das SaaS Modell ist auch für Kleine Firmen sehr geeignet und die Kosten sind sehr fair berechnet. Es ist eine komplette Auftragsbearbeitung von Angebot bis Rechnung inkl. Lieferantenbestellung aus Auftragsbestätigungen möglich. Alle Dokumente sind vollkommen individuell an die Bedürfnisse des Kunden anpassbar. Wer sich etwas micht HTML auskennt und auch schon Berührung zu Programmiersprachen wie Javascript oder Phyton hatte kommt damit gut zu recht. Wer sich gar nicht auskennt, kann auf ein Serviceteam von Infosense zurückgreifen, die Beraten oder auch Dienstleistungen anbieten.

Cons

Als Apple MAC user muss man sich an die Windows "like" Oberfläche erst etwas gewöhnen. Ist zwar Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber wollte es nur anbringen.

Ich denke, wir haben das iscrm seit ca. 8 bis 10 Jahren. Die Software ist sehr sehr zuverlässig. Die Software ist sehr gut bedienbar. Ich selber habe derzeit die Software für 2 Gewerbebereiche beauftragt und habe die Software für 2 Bekannte (1 x Selbstständiger; 1 x Verein) eingerichtet. Mein Freelancer hat auf meinen Hinweis die Software jetzt auch seit 2 Jahren und ist auch sehr zufrieden damit.

Pros

Wir arbeiten mit iscrm zu viert. Zum Teil sind die Mitarbeiter im Büro, zum Teil im homeoffice. Das funktioniert hier sehr sehr gut. Wir können uns die Mails zuschieben, können interne Kommentare dazu schreiben. Bestens gelöst. Wir nutzen neben der Faktura auch einige Sonderfunktionen und haben auch bereits über den Support noch gesonderte Berichte einrichten lassen. Auch Exporte haben wir einrichten lassen. Ganz gleich, was wir an den Support schreiben - es wird sehr schnell umgesetzt oder die Fragen beantwortet, und das seit Jahren. Da haben wir mit der Fa. Infosense einen sehr zuverlässigen Partner.

Cons

Die E-Mail-Verwaltung könnte noch ein wenig besser konfigurierbar sein. Da sehe ich noch Potential.

Wir nutzen iscrm für unsere gesamten Prozesse außer der Lagerwirtschaft für unser Fachunternehmen für Solaranlagen, dass integrierte crm System ist für unser Geschäft besonders wichtig.

Pros

Preis, Flexibilität,die Vielfalt von Prozessen die abgebildet werden können und Anpassbarkeit, für kleine Unternehmen eine sehr vollständige Software Lösung

Cons

Für Kaufleute wie mich doch hier und da schwierig umzugestalten, online Schulungen, gerne auch ksotenpflichtig wären schön.
