10/10 - Very honest and trustworthy company. I feel this is hard to come by now a days in the software space. I highly recommend Fora to anyone taking orders at a tradeshow and need a POS system that works.

Pros

The Fora software exceeds the expectations of what was promised. It works well and is priced fairly. When in a busy tradeshow environment, I can count on Fora on working and our team being able to take Sale orders. With the integration to our main database it was easy for us to transfer customer and product data.

Cons

Implementation was easy and very personal. My one feedback would be more documentation when I need to troubleshoot any small issues.

I like how I can log in from anywhere and create an event. I like that you can transfer all orders to QuickBooks the same day.

Pros

it's quick and easy to maneuver. the scanners are easy to manage as well.

Cons

the labeling it's very difficult. I wish there was an easier way to print the labels. Also, setting up the printer is a very difficult as well. I wish there was an option not to run the printer Wi-Fi. During show i have a hard time to connect my printers into my scanners. I wish it has an option how Logiciels had it in a past. SO much easier.

What I liked most about the product was its exceptional durability and the intuitive user interface, which made it incredibly easy to use right out of the box.

Pros

Easy to manage at the back end, data is sync to all devices at a timely manner.

It has been very smooth. Customer support is really outstanding and the product features make working with the program easy.

Pros

Fora is very easy to update with changes to your merchandise and price changes. It also has INCREDIBLE customer support, which is very important when customizing the system to work for your specific needs.

Cons

There is nothing negative that I can say. Anytime we have had an issue we have been offered a work around, and sometimes they will even offer customization for a very reasonable fee.

the customer service is excellent. we always get an answer to our questions quickly

Pros

Fora is easy to implement and use. When using on online, we are able to keep track of multiple orders being written at once.

Cons

the only thing that i wish was different, is to be able to use the inventory part of the program without having to have a current campaign

For mobile sales solutions, I think Fora is the best choice overall.

Pros

Before transitioned to Fora, we were using Logiciel Tradeshow32 and iMobile programs since 2003 for our most important sales tool. For the outside sale reps taking orders and order taking during trade shows, they are all effective and easy to use. With the ability to custom create catalogs, iPad presentations, and barcode scan or manual input functions, order taking is time saving, accurate, and easy. The maintenance is easy and straight forward. Most importantly, if problems arises, either during regular work days, or in the trade shows, \[sensitive content hidden\] is always there trying to help solve the issues.

Cons

Unable to generate reports for performances for each campaign period.

We used to use Logiciel with \[sensitive content hidden\], which was the best software on the market in our opinion. This new Fora is pretty good, just needs to have some bugs worked out still to get it working smoother. One of the nice things about Fora is since it is cloud based, there is one database you edit, so you don't end up with multiple different versions on different computers. If I change something at the show, the office can see the changes instantly, which helps keep things clean. There's a bit of a learning curve, but once you get it, it is pretty straight forward after.

Pros

The in-person support from \[sensitive content hidden\] at every trade show we attend and the ease of reaching him between markets is one of the biggest things we like about Fora. I also like being able to use it fully offline without any need for internet which is super important at trade shows where the internet connectivity is usually very poor (and also not very secure), so offline mode is very important for us.

Cons

There are some bugs still being worked out. Can not print QR Code labels directly from Fora. Can not edit orders after submitted/uploaded.
