I use the API in an integration. The API is well documented and easy to use. The staff is very responsive and friendly to interact with.

Cons

N/A: the product is fulfilling my needs. Maybe more customisation in the invoice design my be required for some users, but not very important in my case.

J'utilise Magic Heidi pour la gestion de mes clients, adresses, facturation, devis, mais aussi pour toutes mes dépenses. La réactivité pour avoir de l'aide auprès du support est rapide, claire et très professionnelle.

Pros

Simplicité d'utilisation, après quelques réglages des paramètres. Gestion des clients, facturation, devis et dépenses.

Cons

Je ne trouve rien à reprocher à ce programme. Toutes mes questions auprès du support ont été traitées très rapidement.

Ich habe bisher lediglich Belege/Ausgaben gescannt und hochgeladen. Es hat immer alles einwandfrei erfasst, ich musste nichts korrigieren.

Pros

Sehr intuitiv und einfach zu bedienen. Alles funktioniert zuverlässig und ohne dass man lange Anleitungen lesen muss.

Cons

Bisher habe ich wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Alles funktioniert reibungslos, schnell und völlig unkompliziert.

Mi experiencia ha sido muy positiva. Magic Heidi ha mejorado notablemente la organización y la gestión de las facturas diarias. Es una herramienta fiable, bien diseñada y pensada para facilitar las operaciones de fattura y contabilidad. La recomiendo sin duda a otros profesionales del sector.

Pros

La interfaz es moderna e intuitiva, muy fácil de usar. Destaco la rapidez con la que se pueden gestionar las facturas y la atención al detalle en cada función. Además, el soporte técnico responde de forma ágil y eficaz.

Cons

Al principio requiere un poco de tiempo para familiarizarse con todas las opciones, pero una vez entendido el flujo, resulta muy práctico.
