Der Support reagiert wenig hilfsbereit und verweist wiederholt auf externe Ursachen, ohne konkrete Lösungen anzubieten. Insgesamt ist die Erfahrung enttäuschend. Pros Wir nutzen das System innerhalb einer Unternehmensgruppe, die mehrere Alters- und Pflegeheime betreibt. Grundsätzlich ist das System strukturell gut aufgebaut, jedoch sind gewisse Einstellungen nur schwer nachvollziehbar und aufwendig in der Handhabung. Trotz mehrfacher Rückmeldungen besteht dieses Problem weiterhin – seit Monaten, wenn nicht bereits seit einem Jahr. Wir sind eine dezentrale Organisation, entsprechend mussten wir für die Standort jeweilige "QM-Pilotinnen" ausbilden. Auch dies ging, dank der klaren Strukturen und einfachen Bedienung des QM-Piloten, problemlos. Wir bauen die Nutzung des QM-Piloten stetig aus, seit ca. 1 Jahr nutzen wir auch das Auditmodul für die internen Audits. Auch hier nur positive Erfahrungen und ein Effizienzgewinn.
