Very poor customer service. I still don't have my account set up correctly. I joined 8 months ago. Multiple issues getting pixel and login, requesting a 2FA number when none is required. Requested help by phone. No response. The only benefit I can use is the Follow-Up-Boss (FUB) CRM. Considering stopping 360 and keeping FUB.

Pros

I liked the integration of Arrive and Follow-Up-Boss CRM. Although I have used Follow Up Boss most of the time.

Cons

I've had very poor Customer Service issues since last summer. Requesting a phone meeting to assist me with proper pixel setup and more. No response, even with their calendar link. The only response I get is general marketing emails.

Very innovative, customer service was on point, and \[sensitive content hidden\] was always there when I needed him. I highly recommend Leaf360.

Cons

I genuinely can't think of one thing that I didn't like about Leaf360. They're an excellent company.

Pros

I love how intuitive and user-friendly Leaf360 is. The platform streamlines communication and organization, helping me stay on top of tasks and efficiently manage my client interactions. It’s been a game-changer for workflow management, and the integration capabilities have really helped improve the overall efficiency of my business.

Cons

There’s not much to dislike, but if I had to pick something, it would be that I’d love to see even more customizable features to tailor the experience even further to my business needs but \[sensitive content hidden\] is all ears all the time and improve upon request
