Pros

It is truly a comprehensive platform, with many modules that are highly relevant to my daily work as a Talent Manager. It supports all types of training, workflow management, training needs analysis, competencies framework and the entire admission process.

Cons

The backend for the admin panel is somewhat disorganized and could benefit from better structure.

doesn't have all Medad offering as well as user experience of Medad much better
