Overall, Thriwin is a solid proposition for Sales and companies of all sizes, esp. Startups and Early Stage companies.

Pros

For an early stage startup like ours, Thriwin is an great proposition. Free to get started, and rich with features like CRM, call dialer, email outreach and AI SDR - much better than trying to manage using excels or buying expensive subscriptions across multiple tools.

Cons

Sometimes, the UI flow requires a little back and forth - like between companies, contacts and deals screens - however nothing that the team can't get used to quickly.

Pros

Thriwin has completely transformed how we do outbound sales. The AI-assisted workflows make prospecting, personalization, and follow-ups incredibly efficient what used to take hours now takes minutes. The platform doesn’t just automate outreach, it makes it smarter. Support has been truly incredible and always on time.

Cons

As of now, we haven’t encountered any significant issues with the platform based on our current usage. It has been stable, intuitive, and has consistently met our expectations in terms of performance and results. We'll continue to monitor as we scale, but so far, the experience has been seamless.

Its a pleasant experience working with the thriwin team. as they are very supportive - and assisted us all through the journey!

Pros

Thriwin is a very easy to use, intuitive and modular product. My team was quickly able to get onboard and use it from Day 1. The seamless workflows right from lead management to deal closure helped me handle the sales funnel more actively. Their product integrations and analytics was a bonus.

Cons

Overall, Thriwin has been a valuable asset in managing our sales process. It's easy to use, especially for our team of cold callers and sales reps who need to stay organized and focused on follow-ups. However, there are some limitations in integrations, which can make it less versatile when trying to connect with other tools we rely on.

Pros

Thriwin’s intuitive interface and customizable dashboards have been particularly helpful in managing and tracking sales pipelines efficiently. The ability to easily organize leads and monitor follow-ups has streamlined the sales process for my team, especially in handling high volumes of cold calls and demo scheduling.

Cons

One area where Thriwin could improve is its integration with other tools. We use multiple platforms for different stages of our sales process, and it would be more efficient if Thriwin had stronger integrations or open APIs to sync with other systems seamlessly.

\- Interesting and easy to operate tool - Hassle free operation - Easy to understand and use it effectively especially for Start-Up's - Has the requisites to replace excel sheets and use the CRM to manage effectively and analyse the data leading to corrective actions

Overall had a good experience with the CRM. Quality of support and response to feature requests is good.

Pros

Conversation analytics is very helpful for calls and meetings, no need of any external integrations. Pipeline tracking is good, with an easy to use chart. Pay-per-Usage pricing is very friendly for SMBs & SMEs.

Cons

The Reporting/analytics features should improve.

Pros

Before Thriwin, it was difficult for us to capture, trace and manage leads. Also, the lead management data was distributed and was not in one place. Throwing helped us to have a centralised portal to capture, trace and manage our end to end lead generation and conversion process. The tool is extremely easy to use, intuitive and maintain. This is a good tool for early to mid stage B2B services companies

Cons

While the tool is easy to setup and use, screens to segregate open leads vs closed / lost ones could be a good addition for us.

Pros

Thriwin is extremely simple & intuitive. While we experimented with different CRM platforms earlier, we found them to be too complex and difficult to implement for our use case. Moreover the Thriwin team was extremely helpful in the initial setup of the entire platform and for us to get moving.

Cons

The call tracking facility for India is going to be launched and we are awaiting that, as that will be a great asset to us
