Overall my experience with very good. It helps us to elevate the online shopping experience and add more sales revenue.

Pros

The Immerss system is very user friendly and also feels personal to our clients. The reporting is easy to read, and the contact system is also efficient and easy to use. Customer really like the live video and direct call feature.

Cons

Sometimes it can be more challenging to connect on a personal level with clients in the digital world, but the Immerss system makes it easier with features like the live video or direct call option.
