For many builders, a large percentage of their buyers come from referrals. But the execution of the program is manual and clunky. Locorum makes it easy to execute a strong referral program to past purchasers and expand it to anyone who refers and also real estate agents. Cons Someone does need to manage it, but it is worth it. The fact that my customers don't need to create an account on something new is incredible. The second would be the ability to send preloaded cards to people without needing to physically go to the store or drop them off. It's a huge time saver for me Cons Probably the lack of customization for the landing pages themselves. I wish I could change some of the colours to match my own branding. Full CRM integration would be fantastic to allow me to see data in my CRM. Ive brought this up to them and they are awesome at listening to feedback. They are prompt to respond to questions and eager to help. Pros Locorum is easy to use and with the ability to add users makes it easy for our large team to manage. Cons The waiting period for our card approval was a little lengthy. I understand this is out of their control as it is a Mastercard approval process. Would be nice if it was a littel faster. Referral sources can be made to me through the site itself or I can send the rewards to any referral source that make a referral outside of the platform. Cons I've been with Locorum since early on. While they have experienced some growing pains with the initial card provider, that issue has since been solved. Pros Simple to setup and we could send incentives for reviews the same day. Cons The sign up is a little time consuming and needs to be done with them. A self signup option would be nice. Their team is extremely responsive and have also taken ideas from the users to implement and improve along the way. This is a team that cares about our results Pros I love the the fact that we can finally reward our Sphere of Influence for recommending us. They were already raving fans of ours and this program ups it further. Cons I was an early adopter and the system has changed over the time to be better. There were growing pains but the new users/subscribers are walking into a bulletproof referral system if they use it to their full advantage.
