Amazing!! From support to always up and running to always constantly innovating and releasing new features and as they call it “work flows”

Pros

Phones are never down. The RCM tool caught over 20k in mistakes my billing team didn't even know about and we have really good billers. Patient engagement is customizable and personable. We get 30 patients a month booking online. My front desk is always aware of all the missing things for every patient in the office like missing appointments and payments. OPPORTUNITY FINDER, I dont even have the words for this one! My team books 10x more patients because of that. Support is elite and always there to help with no wait times.

Cons

Honestly, we love everything. Its hard to find anything that really bothers me about them. When the experience with their team and product is excellent any hiccups becomes negligible
