It has really been great and I don't often say that with software I have to set up and admin at my job. I am the sole person responsible for this working and again, the constant support from their team has made a nightmare into a dream. One of our uses has a really intense integration with our client's software that Arrivy did for us, and the client is not incentivized in any way to help that go smoothly. Having Arrivy help me out when things weren't working is likely the only reason I am still at this job because it was getting messy thanks to normal integration struggles. The team listens and responds in a short time and will meet upon request for any reason to help out. There is just not an analogous experience I have had with support for an application post 2020.

Pros

Arrivy is a simple but dense software that allows dispatch teams to issue work orders to crews and automatically notify the customers and crews on what needs done and can help enforce compliance guidelines. It is very easy to learn as I have taught it now to business professionals, dispatchers, and field crew (Furniture installers, truck drivers, and movers). I have done many tech trainings and this app is by far the easiest to teach but it also has advanced features to address specific requirements from an Admin side. My company uses this for all of our local dispatching out of our branches as well as campus specific locations where a dedicated crew works onsite every day. It has made WO MGMT and billing MUCH simpler as we have leveraged their features to help with compliance such as requiring certain digital paperwork be filled out correctly in order to move on to the next Task. The best part of Arrivy is it is very cost effective and more importantly, the people supporting it are the best vendors anyone at my company has ever worked with and we have been around almost 85 years now. Their support team and developers are super hands on, responsive, and have implemented many enhancement requests we have made for no reason other than making the product better. In this time when support seems to be something you have to beg for, this team has knocked it out of the park in responsiveness and hands on help and their documentation is solid.

Cons

There are some limitations on the importing of a spreadsheet of work (something I am told will be addressed soon), and some current limitations on Task prioritization. For instance, all tasks must have an assigned time frame but sometimes the time is less important than the order in which they are completed. There are other ways around this by leveraging their statuses but the dispatcher view could use some more fluidity especially when applied to a campus environment where priorities can change minute to minute.
