My overall experience with Upvoit has been very positive. It has created a smoother workflow for our team, reduced manual errors, and helped us stay more accountable with our time entries. It’s clearly built to support both technicians and management by providing a reliable and transparent way to track hours. Upvoit has definitely been a good change for us.

Pros

What I liked most about Upvoit is how streamlined and user-friendly it is. It made tracking work hours so much easier and more organized. The platform also updates in real time, which helps prevent errors and gives full visibility of our logged hours. Overall, it’s a great improvement compared to our previous process

Cons

The only downside is the adjustment period during the initial transition, especially for users who were used to the old system. But once you get familiar with it, everything becomes simple and efficient.
