Die einfache Nutzung auch für nicht erfahrene Autorinnen und Autoren ermöglicht uns, eine Vielzahl an L&D-Verantwortlichen an Bord zu holen und digitales Lernen weltweit zu etablieren. Die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam ist hier besonders hervorzuheben. Es gibt immer eine offenes Ohr für Verbesserungsideen. Technisch läuft das Tool von Beginn an einwandfrei. Nahezu keine Downtime und bei technischen Anfragen wird umgehend reagiert und geholfen. Die visuellen und interaktiven Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten für Autorinnen und Autoren sind sehr umfangreich. Pros Einfache Handhabung, die Menge an interaktiven Elementen, die visuellen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten, die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Produkts. Beispielsweise könnten individuelle Anforderungen entstehen, die noch nicht abgedeckt sind, oder es kann vorkommen, dass seltene Funktionen erst nach Rücksprache mit dem Support implementiert werden. Insgesamt beeinträchtigt dies jedoch nicht den hervorragenden Gesamteindruck, zumal stets die Möglichkeit besteht, diese Anforderungen an den Product Owner / Support zu melden.
