As a company, we find FieldCentral as one of the best tools we implemented. It has streamlined both our office and field procedures.

Pros

The scheduling portion is by far the best. We use both the mass scheduling function, saving us a ton of time, and the proximity calendar used for customer call-in scheduling is unmatched. Utilizing both allows us to schedule with maximum routing efficiency and meet our customers needs at the same time. Our service techs provide better workorder for billing or onsite payment due to the excellent Field App. Overall, we operate better because of FieldCentral.

Cons

The only minor issue we experienced was occasional hiccups in the QB Desktop import, which may have been more with our hosting provider than with HindSite.

EXCELLENT -- our needs are always met!!!

Pros

We have used Hindsite for over a decade. It's reliable, customer support is excellent, and the updates have been timely to keep us streamlined. We are excited to be migrating to Field Central this year.

Cons

Hindsite Software is a great platform but we had to have a server onsite to use it.

Overall Hindsite has streamlined everything we do and made running our business so much easier! No more opening multiple spread sheets, Google maps, Google calendar, etc. in order to track customer info and schedule appointments. It has been a big blessing for our company and even made it super easy when we hired our fist administrative assistant. Thank you! In fact, we would like you to buy a few other programs we use and make them as user friendly as Hindsite!!

Excellent training program and customer service!

Cons

There are a few features we would like that would make its use a little smoother. We've tickets in suggesting them. A few have been added or at least a small addition to make it easier until the full feature can be added! So, still very pleased with it.
