We're looking forward to getting our new NFC products and starting to connect with our clients. Pros We like that the profile set up is easy to use with great looking lay outs. But what sold us on TapTag was that they had a wide range of NFC products available. We were specifically wanting customisable products that allowed us to put our own logo on the products during the design stage. Cons We haven't had a bad experience yet. The communication in the chat was responsive and helpful as was the email discussions. Perhaps if anything we would like to see even more product options in the Wearable NFC section. The only potential negative that I can even remotely come up with was when setting up the master card theme for my team, one click outside of the open window dismissed it and lost all of my work. This happened 2-3 times which is obviously user error, but an auto-save feature would be nice there.
