October 3, 2024 5.0 Comfortable, professional and efficient service and production. Pros Where to start? The quick response customer service for any question? Not technically savvy? No problem. The CSR are quick and patient. Personalizing products and white labeling is easy and they turned out great! I ordered the wrist bracelet, white customizable business card and sticky tags. My logo looks great! The dashboard for personalizing your profile is organic to use. Highly recommend! Cons I wish I could have ordered a white NFC bracelet. Pros easier than scanning a qr code. it taps and it pops up on phones. Cons setting up isn't as easy as expected. they should put the tag id somewhere on the device. So we know which one to trouble shoot.
