Pros

During the trial period I tested the srvice and it was fast and reliable, I can read or listen many summaries from youtube videos, podcast, or documents. I really liked the service provided and I am already an active user after the trial ended.

Cons

Nothing in particular, I like the ease of use and customer service, also support was really fast
