The We Brand support team has been really easy to work with. They keep us up-to-date on new features and support any users having login or technical difficulties.

Pros

We Brand has helped us keep our brand presentation consistent across our worldwide events, while still supporting local personalization. It's helpful that we are able to set up groups since we have a variety of users in the platform, and we want to make sure they are only seeing collections relevant to their work.

Cons

Some new users have expressed a learning curve in getting comfortable using the templates (particularly when we've restricted certain design elements for brand consistency).

Our overall experience with We Brand has been positive. We have 4 team members using the platform and they caught on really quick. It has been going well!

Pros

Our team likes the ease of the platform and the time saving abilities for our team members. We Brand is allowing our blood drive recruiters to make their own printed materials which cuts down the time it takes to send it back and forth to our graphic designer.

Cons

We do not have any cons to report yet as we have only been using the program for about a month. So far, so good!

We moved to We Brand, seeking a robust and comprehensive platform after previous platforms didn’t fully meet our expectations. The transition has been quite transformative for our marketing asset creation process. Their unique personalization feature for patient letters has streamlined efficient communication for our practices. Moreover, We Brand’s ongoing efforts to broaden the range of outcomes by integrating more print providers demonstrate their commitment to delivering true value to their clients. Its user-friendly interface, coupled with their responsive customer support, makes for an exceptional user experience.

Pros

We like the ability to customize permissions on templates for different user groups. The platform is easy to use and intuitive for our members, making it easy for them to customize their own collateral.

Cons

It can be time consuming to set up and format the templates. We use Adobe fonts and We Brand uses Google fonts, so there is some extra time spent finding compatible fonts and then reformatting the templates.
